Plot
После совершает серьезную ошибку в своей работе в Токио, талантливый хирург Гото Кенсуке предлагается взять на себя ответственность только в клинике на небольшом острове Йонагуни, Окинава. Трудно получить компетентные врачи для работы в этом отдаленном острове, и жители островов в настоящее время используется для путешествующих через несколько часов лодка для надлежащего медицинского ухода. Несмотря на кажущуюся слабы и ненадежны (он получает очень укачивало, и не имеет водительских прав), он побеждает скептическое острова с его мастерство и преданность делу. Некоторые дети на острове сделать флаг для своей клиники, но получить его имя неправильно. После этого он известен всем как Кото.

A Sega otaku with perhaps the most complete collection of Dreamcast related goods ever assembled, including all the games ever released on the platform, has emerged on 2ch.
He admits to having tracked down every single title ever released (some at a cost of hundreds of dollars each) on Sega’s ill-fated but acclaimed Dreamcast system, although even he draws the line at acquiring every version of each game’s cover, or even odd games which were never publically distributed.
A plainly moved 2ch inhabitant responds “If Obama can get the Nobel Peace Prize, then I’d like to award it to you! It’s a total waste, so you have all the qualifications required…”
