Beware of Bears and Chikan!
JapanProbe posted an interesting poster which warns elementary school kids to beware of bears and chikan [perverts]. I would assume that the poster was from the PTA(Parents Teachers association?) LOL

Maybe they were trying to warn school kids to beware of something else? I was thinking that mathematically, Bear + Pervert = Pedobear?
